  • Writing professional WhatsApp / Teams / Slack messages

Module 3 – Meetings & Discussions

Speak clearly and confidently in meetings.

  • Giving opinions and suggestions
  • Agreeing and disagreeing politely
  • Asking for clarification and repeating information

Module 4 – Phone & Online Calls

Handle calls with confidence.

  • Spelling names, numbers, and details
  • Clarifying and confirming information
  • Zoom / Teams call etiquette and phrases

Outcome: Sound calm and clear on the phone or on video calls.

Module 5 – Mini Presentations at Work

Short, simple business presentations.

  • Simple structure: opening – body – closing
  • Presenting a product, report, or idea
  • Using simple slides or notes
  • Handling basic questions in English

Outcome: Present ideas clearly in 2–5 minutes.

Module 6 – Social & Culture Skills at Work

Build relationships in English.

  • Small talk with colleagues and clients
  • Talking about weekend, travel, and interests
  • Basic cultural differences (American style vs Gulf style)
  • Polite, friendly professional language
